Financed from own resources. DELTA ADVICE is privately owned with no external funding. This enables us to achieve a controlled growth in the time of growing markets. The financial crisis is behind us and has pointed out on the flexibility of private companies without external funding. Long term sustainable and sensible growth characterizes our company policy.

Strategically independent. We are liable only to our customers and ourselves. Our qualified and experienced professionals and our successfully completed projects are our potential for future.

Consultancy in Munich since 1997. A wide range of experience from various projects and assignments in the field of consultancy and interim management give our clients certainty.

Consultancy in the Czech Republic since 2000, whereas since 2004 is the company represented in Prague as a base to implement a wide range of projects within our key market.

Local presence and linguistic and cultural competence is fundamental for realization of our projects by native-born co-workers in mostly multilingual environment in international companies in CZ. That brings help and understanding of different cultures and occupational psychological mechanisms and ultimately motivates the heterogeneous project teams to achieve common goals and outcomes.
